About

Hi, I'm Bianca — a relationship strategist for complex lives.

I'm a private relationship strategist and clinical psychotherapist in London. I work with high achievers across the globe who want results — in their personal lives as well as their professional ones. Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy and found it slow and passive; my approach is rooted in clinical psychology but is fundamentally active, actionable, and strategic.

I'm an expat myself — from Australia, now calling London home, splitting my time between the city and the mountains. I know what it takes to navigate career ambition, anchor relationships across borders, and raise third-culture kids. My frameworks come from advanced clinical training, academic research, and the real-life trial, error, and success of my own relationships.

Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering how to grow.

How we'll walk this path together

1

A preliminary consultation

Reach out through the form and Bianca will be in touch to arrange a preliminary consultation — a conversation about the dynamic you want to work on and the right pathway for you.

2

Mapping the terrain

In early sessions we draw out the underlying patterns, name what matters most, and set a clear, strategic direction — the right questions, not circling conversations.

3

Walking at your pace

Directive, change-driven sessions where insight turns into action — you leave each one with something concrete: a reframe, a tool, or a next step.

4

Reaching the clearing

When you're ready, we close intentionally — consolidating what you've built so it stays with you long after.

"In the room together, or on a walk, we'll fast-track years of traditional talk therapy. We'll do deep, transformative work to challenge patterns, change behaviour, and strategically rebuild from the ground up." — Bianca Louise
Kind words

What clients carry with them

Having been on the edge of divorce, Bee has brought us back together. Her direct but warm style, clear communication, and focus on pragmatic steps gave us a fresh perspective and a new beginning. We will be forever grateful.

— Robert & Louise · Founders, London

Our sessions felt like a blend of psychology and coaching. I tried the Walk and Talk in St James's Park and it quickly became something I looked forward to — I'd leave feeling lighter, understood, and inspired.

— Chris · CEO, London

Working with Bee has been genuinely transformative. She balances compassion with thoughtful challenge, and I've developed a much stronger sense of clarity, purpose, and self-assurance through our work together.

— Marie-Clare · Finance, Hong Kong

Questions, answered

Family therapy is £200 per session. The couples intensive programme starts from £5,000 (two to three days of immersive work plus six to eight weeks of online stabilisation). Fees for individual therapy and weekly couples work are discussed at your preliminary consultation.

Traditional talk therapy can be slow and open-ended. This work is rooted in clinical psychology but is fundamentally active, actionable, and strategic — directive, intensive, and change-driven, with the focus on finding a path forward rather than conversations that circle.

Four formats: in person at the Wimpole Street consulting room in London; Walk & Talk through St James's Park, Hyde Park, or Regent's Park; online for global clients across most time zones; and in-residence intensives, available globally by arrangement.

Yes — confidentiality is the foundation of the work, within the standard legal and ethical limits (such as serious risk of harm), which we'll discuss clearly at the outset so there are no surprises.

Complete the contact form below and Bianca will be in touch to arrange a preliminary consultation — a relaxed conversation about the dynamic you want to work on, the right pathway, and whether you're a good fit.

Success on the outside, a different story in private.

You're successful, driven, high achieving. But something in your personal life isn't working. You don't want conversations that go in circles — you want the right questions, real insight, and a strategy that leads towards clarity and calm.

This pathway is built for high performers, executives, and the globally mobile. Living as an expat — whether in Hong Kong, Zurich, or Dubai — brings its own challenges, and beneath outward success, relocation can leave you feeling adrift. With me, therapy is directive, intensive, and change-driven.

Is this for you? It might be if…

  • You appear highly successful on the outside, but in private you feel empty.
  • You continually choose partners who disrupt your peace and trigger your anxiety.
  • You've achieved everything you set out to do, but still feel unfulfilled.
  • An unexpected change has left you figuring out who you are without your success.
  • You've relocated and built a life abroad, but have never felt more alone.

How we work

We locate the underlying causes of disconnection, explore how your attachment style interacts with the pressure of your environment, and create a clear, actionable path forwards to build secure, authentic relationships. Sessions take place at Wimpole Street, walking through London's parks, or online globally.

All services Couples Therapy

Repair connection — weekly, or intensively.

Perhaps you're functioning more like business partners than romantic ones, or consecutive moments of disconnection have slowly eroded your relationship. I work with couples in two ways: steady weekly sessions, or an intensive programme for those who want to go deeper, faster.

Weekly sessions run online or in person at my Wimpole Street consulting room — structured, directive, and focused on measurable progress, not open-ended conversation.

The Intensive Programme is two to three days of deep, structured work at a second home or private hotel — away from the patterns of your everyday environment — followed by six to eight weekly online stabilisation sessions. Available globally, from £5,000. We work on structural repair, intimacy recovery, physiological regulation through breathwork and somatic principles, and communication recalibration.

Is this for you? It might be if…

  • You're functioning more like business partners than romantic ones.
  • You've built an incredible life together, but emotional distance means you aren't fully enjoying it.
  • You relocated for one partner's career and resentment has built up.
  • No major betrayal — but disconnection has slowly suffocated your intimacy.
  • You can navigate a high-stakes boardroom, but can't get through a weekend without conflict.

How we work

Using activity observation, pattern analysis, behavioural interpretation, and emotional translation — all tailored to your dynamic — we address unresolved tension, rebuild trust, and restore clear, compassionate, authentic communication.

All services Walk & Talk Therapy

Think clearly, side by side.

Some people think better when they're moving. Walk and Talk sessions take place side by side through St James's Park, Hyde Park, or Regent's Park — away from a clinical setting, in open air.

The rhythm of walking naturally regulates the nervous system, making it easier to access difficult thoughts and think laterally. It's the same directive, strategic work — held outdoors.

In these sessions we will…

  • Work through internal conflicts, performance pressures, and life transitions.
  • Use the natural rhythm of walking to regulate your nervous system and access clearer, lateral thinking.
  • Create a framework for connection and map a path forwards.
  • Leave each session with something concrete — a reframe, a tool, or a next step.

How we work

We meet at St James's Park, Hyde Park, or Regent's Park and walk an unhurried route. Everything remains as private as a room-based session; if the weather turns, we move to Wimpole Street or online without losing our thread.

All services Family Therapy

Restoring stability and harmony to your home.

I work with you and your family to draw out underlying patterns, address conflict, and find a path forwards — in London, or online across the globe.

With a four-year degree in Education majoring in Child Psychology, I understand how young adults operate in highly pressured academic and social systems — and as a mother of neurodivergent children, my strategies are entirely devoid of textbook fluff. I'll work with you and your child to bridge the communication gap, translating 'teen speak' into clear, actionable language for parents.

Is this for you? It might be if…

  • You and your child used to be close, but now you have no idea how to reach them.
  • You handle conflict resolution at work, but can't de-escalate arguments with your teenager at home.
  • Your child is navigating neurodivergence in a pressured, competitive school environment.
  • A family relocation has left your teenager unanchored, causing a rift.
  • Your household feels like everyone is walking on eggshells.
  • You and your partner are divided on discipline, and the inconsistency is exhausting everyone.

How we work

We address the subconscious patterns at the root of conflict and the power dynamics driving rebellion or withdrawal, repair communication between parents and children, and build de-escalation strategies that work for your home.
